Why BoreholeQuotes Exists
Finding a reliable driller at a fair price shouldn't require calling 10 different companies
The Problem
Most property owners get only 1-2 quotes, often overpaying by 20-40%. Comparing drillers is time-consuming and opaque.
Our Solution
One simple form sends your request to all verified drillers in your area. You receive multiple itemized quotes with our vendor evaluation.
The Result
You compare real quotes side-by-side with ratings on reliability, completion time, and value. Choose with confidence.
One Submission = All Providers
Fill out our form once. Your request goes to all 12 verified drillers serving your county. Each driller submits their best quote. We evaluate each provider based on:

Budget 15-20% extra for hidden costs

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does borehole drilling cost in Kenya?
Borehole drilling costs KES 3,500–7,000 per meter depending on geology and region. Total project costs range from KES 280,000 (shallow, easy terrain) to KES 850,000 (deep, rocky terrain).
How long does borehole drilling take?
6-8 days from geophysical survey to final yield test. Drilling alone takes 4-6 days depending on depth and geology. Hard rock (Rift Valley) takes longer than clay (Nairobi).
What is WARMA licensing?
WARMA (Water Resources Management Authority) regulates borehole drilling in Kenya. Licensed drillers must meet equipment, insurance, and training standards. Unlicensed drilling risks a KES 500,000 fine.
What should a completion report include?
Geophysical survey results, daily drilling log, final depth, yield test data (4-hour minimum), water quality test, as-built diagram, and driller's license number. Without this, you cannot register your borehole.
